Software License

Free Trial Version

Extreme Clipboard Monitor's trial version can be used to evaluate the software for 20 days without any commitment. You may install and use the trial version on multiple computers for personal use and make copies for backup purposes.

Registered Version

The registered version requires a license. It can be used on 2 PCs at the same time by one person. The license key received after the license purchase may not be shared with other users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Extreme Clipboard Monitor software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that:

  • The software will meet your specific requirements
  • The software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the use of the software will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the software will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Extreme Clipboard Monitor or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the software is at your own risk.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the registered version. If you are not satisfied with Extreme Clipboard Monitor, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Extreme Clipboard Monitor after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Extreme Internet Software regarding the use of the software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Extreme Internet Software.
